December 1964. Mister Jacob Nolden, the owner of a Volkswagen dealer in Bonn was the proud owner of one of the very first 911's.
His grandson who is still running the famlily business would like to regain the car so much, but unfortunately it is beyond budget now.
The purchase price of this car in 1964 was 21.900 Deutsche Mark. With the current exchange rate that comes down to some 14.300 $.
Those were the days, but unfortunately we did not have 14.300 $ then... Fortunately I had 9.500 $ in 1993 to buy the project in the US.
