Being a Dutchman, I live just over the Belgian border.
Belgian license plates have 3 characters and 3 digits.
TYP-901 was available and I was so lucky to score it.

The engine of 300170 received NOS Mahle cilinders/pistons and NOS heads.
The valve clearance sticker on the intake is a very rare find. Jerry Seinfeld
is still missing it on his 'first' 911 #300049, and I have saved one for him...

Porsche soon replaced these Solex 40PI by (better adjustable) Webers.
But for the sake of originality we kept these notorious Solex in place, and
we managed to adjust them perfectly. A 'sneak' HKZ unit secures perfect
starting, clean plugs and flawless performance through the powerband.

The very first cars had a smooth rear lid panel without the 6 impressions...

Correct dashboard wood (not shiny), a period radio and
probably the last set of NOS rubber mats in the world...

It takes courage to drive 210 km/hour (I did!) on slim tyres and without safety belts...

Original details: the earliest - odd - fuel lid mechanism is still in place, and
so is the original 4-button dashboard without the usual sunshine cracks...

Correct 4-screw horn grilles.

Earliest tool set in smooth texture pouch, including original Messko tyre gauge.

... and original manual

Look at an almost identical car, but then priceless: The RUF restored #300027
The most detailed 911 model ever made in scale 1:18,
my car being the example.

In March 2008 the German precision model manufacturer CMC presented a
model of my car. The most detailed 1:18 model of a 911 ever, priced at 319 $.
CMC have made an awesome 3-D presentation of this model: Click here

Oeps, wrong picture! Model and full scale are so identical that I mixed them up...
